Commission Agent

Dear Gurus,

 

For the below mention scenario I have a work around scenario, but just need a gurus guideline weather there is any standard functionality available in standard SAP.

 

We have a commission agent based on the net price coming in a condition type in the sales order he get some commission, so his commission value also coming in the sales order with a specified condition type, and a partner function role is assign ZCAG in the document header of the sales order, same get copy to the billing header along with the required condition of commission type.

 

After billing document is saved, we can use a abap report to call the total value against individual billing for a specific agent, so that we can pay the commission to the agent.

 

Is there any other workaround for the process.

 

Looking for the gurus feedback.

Cash Sales and Credit Sales

Dear Gurus,

 

I have a single customer who take goods some time on credit and some time on cash, i want the following entries in both the scenarios

 

Credit Sales:

 

Debit,  A/R (Customer)

Credit, Sales

 

Cash Sales:

 

Debit,  A/R (Customer)

Credit, Cash Sales

 

 

I want to use the same document type for both the processes, and same customer is there, how should i do this, what are the other ways.

 

i have only single sales area 1000+10+10.

 

looking for the gurus feedback.

Billing Document - Cancel

Hello,

 

I have searched the SCN Forum I can find lot of issues on Billing document Cancel/reverse. I have tried all the possible solution which was given, but still my issue is not getting resolved.

 

While executing VF11 getting an error Doc No. XXX is unaccounted.

 

Solution Tried:

1. I tried cancel of invoice both before releasing it to accounting document and also after releasing to accounting document.

 

Configuration Settings:

Billing Type : F2

Cancel : S1

All the configuration is correct to do the cancel of invoice, but still unable to cancel.

 

Can anyone please help me out in making this solve..

Retro Billing (Supplementary Invoice process)

Hello  SAP Experts,

 

I am performing Retro billing process in the case of price change through T code VFRB.

Debit memo is getting created but pricing procedure from Parent billing is getting copied in Debit memo.

I want different pricing procedure to be determined which I have configured in the system with PDIF condition type.

All configuration related to Pricing Procedure determination is done.All configuration in copying requirements is done.

I am unable to determine new pricing procedure in Debit Memo.

Please suggest me the solution on the same.

Billing is not created

Hi Friends,

 

Business scenarios:

 

I have created sales order 10 Tones, Delivery created 5 Tones, while doing Picking or PGI Truck capacity is only 3 Tones needs to be done PGI.

 

For that delivery I am trying to create billing it is not allowed.

 

Please provide the necessary setting.

 

Our side, We have activated split deliveries  and item category Billing relevance we have selected as K

Customer Hierarchy (coming from SD billing doc) not correctly filled in COPA

Hello All,

 

I'm unable to fix the following issue

 

Scope : SD Billing VF02 > COPA KE24

 

In the COPA piece (KE24 transaction code) the system does not display the customer n°1801030585 coming from the SD billing document

 

Is there a SAP standard reason to explain this issue ie absence of customer number hierarchy 01 in the KE24 COPA piece ?

Extended Rebate - Credit Memo split

Hi Experts,

 

Need your thoughts. I am in the process of setting up Extended rebates and I have done all the necessary configuration. However I am facing an issue in the creation of the credit memo via partial settlement option. When I am creating the credit memo if I have 3 items for the rebate agreement system is automatically splitting it in to 3 credit memos with one line item. I have tried manipulating the copy control. However I am still not able to solve the same.

 

Has some one faced a similar issue in the past ? If so could you tell me how to resolve the same.

Single Customer - Multiple Sales Office

Dear Gurus,

 

I have a ten sales office, and a single customer, through a quantity contract every sales office is involve the fulfill the quantity of the customer based on some redefine percentage of the contribution for dispatch.

 

So i am not marking the sales office in the customer master data at the time of sales order each sales office enter there own sales office in the sales order, other wise that will become the part of in completion log. So that correct reporting suppose to be taken place.

 

 

It so far my planning to run the process in the above manner, for that I am looking for gurus feedback.

 

Plus Just need any other good SAP functionality to cater this scenario, like head office or customer hierarchy etc... i really don't have any idea for any other solution.'

Business area blank in billing documnet

Hi All ,

 

I have created sales order with 4  line item .Business area is displaying in all the line items in sales order .

 

In delivery ,business area showing 3 line item and one line item B.Area is showing as blank. Invoice created , while releasing invoice to accounting

system throwing the error. Screen shot attached .

Resource Related Billing and Billing Indicater

Hi,

 

We have Project system with hierarchical WBS elements (WBS 1 as Parent WBS and WBS 2 as lower level WBS).

 

Top level WBS (WBS1) is marked as Billing Element.

 

Create sales order with one line item and assigned WBS 2 to Account Assignment tab. No issue there. System is allowing WBS to be assigned to Sales Order although it has No Billing Element Marked.

 

Transaction FB60 - I posted some invoice with WBS 2. (Lower level WBS). Now I run DP90 and execute with Sales Order. I am not able to generate Debit Memo Request. Is it because, WBS 2 is not with billing Element?

 

If I go back to sales order and assigned Top Level WBS1 to sales order and run DP90, That also does not work. (In CJI3 I can see Cost sitting on WBS 2 (Lower level WBS) and not at Top level WBS1.)

 

We have requirements to bill from TOP level WBS even though Vendor Payment is posted on Lower Level WBS.

 

What is the best we can make this possible? Is there configuration node for the setting?

how to check invoice number before invoice list creation

Hi all,

 

Thanks for paying attention to my question.  I come up with an  business requirement , that is before invoice list creation, we should make sure no invoice list split happen for those billings should generate in one invoice list. For example, if 5 billings should create  one invoice list, if some one want to generate 4 billing documents and skip the fifth one,  the invoice list should not be failed when we check the invoice number for the combination. 

 

But I don't know where should be the enhancement point or user exit?

 

Hope someone can give me suggestions.

Bypass Releasing to Accounting

Hi,

There was no credit block being set for the document type.

However, feedback from my User is they still need to go to VF02 to release the credit note to Accounting to complete the billing process.

There was no error message or invalid GL account.

 

Beside the above setting, is there any other areas which I should look for?

Please assist.

To remove Foreign trade incomplete log at billing doc Header and Item level

Dear SD Members,

 

 

 

I am facing an error in releasing the billing doc (Error- foreign trade data incomplete) for the below scenerio.

 

 

In the System we are having 2 company code,1.1000= India,2.2000- Estonia.

Estonia is new rollout, when i try to create normal sales transcation from estonia to Denmark (Both r Eu country & to be consider as Domestic sales) ,But when billing doc release to acct system showing 'foreign trade data incomplete' error message.

 

 

have checked in following SPRO path,

 

 

IMG Flow: S&D -> Foreign Trade/Customs -> Basic Data for Foreign Trade -> Define Business Transaction Types and Default Value -> Define Business Types

SD default value

IMG Flow: S&D -> Foreign Trade/Customs -> Basic Data for Foreign Trade -> Define Procedures and Default Value -> Define Default Business Type (SD)

 

 

 

I have gone through existing comments in SCN also.

 

 

Want to know how to remove the Foreign Trade incomplete log in the Billing doc header and item level.

Is there any setting we can maintain FT incomplete log on country level?

Freight value is not adding up to the Total Value in Print Preview

Guys,

 

I have created an invoice for a customer with a freight value. When I tried going on for a print preview I see

 

line total - 100

Total freight - 10

Total Tax - 5

 

Total value - 105

 

Total value should be 115 instead of 105, Freight value is not summing up.

Could someone guide me where the issue might be

 

Note: - Issue is only at the output level, Total value is visible as 115 at account level.

Accounting Document is not generated - Zero Value billing document

Hi Experts,

 

I would like to post a billing document with zero value to generate accounting document as shown below, after deduct all subsidy and discount, the net value is zero. Due to standard procedure, this document is not valid to generate accounting document. I saw some post suggest put 0.01 into billing, but this is not possible because our system got rounding off function. Please advise,

 

 

*** Remark - without posting to accounting doc, TAX will not carry to GL.

Map Distributor Advance

Dear Gurus,

 

Distributors pay in advance (the distributor maintains a security deposit with the seller ) on behalf of the end customer. Subsequently, on due date customer pays to the seller as per agreement between the distributor and customer. The PO is raised by the end customer directly to the seller. The material is shipped to the end customer directly and billed for the sale.

 

Distributor is responsible for - any default from customer.

 

The amount paid by customer to seller is credited to the distributor account. Usually, this “credit” is used by the distributor for the next transaction. At the end of the month the distributors account is reconciled.

 

The distributor either claims his commission for the sale or decides to use it for the next cycle.    

 

1.    Sales order and Invoice will be raised, from whom PO is received

2.    Transaction shall be recorded in the ledger of the Invoicee. 

3.    C form shall be collected from, whose name invoice being raised.

 

Please Could any one guide me, how to map this scenario..

Printing only selected price line items in an Invoice

Hello Experts,

 

I have a requirement where the client only requires some price line items to be printed on the invoice. And this requirement can change according to specific needs. They are able to do this in their current ERP but I cannot think of such flexibility in SAP. Has any one come across a similar requirement and managed to achieve this in SAP?

List of Bills created based on the Po No field

Hi,

In the copy control between Delivery and Invoice.

I have seen two fields

1)Assignment Number

2)Reference number

 

Our requirement is we need to find the list of invoice created based on the  PO number field(VBKD-BSTKD),while creating sales order,user will key in PO No.We do partial delivery and invoices.We need to find list of invoice created when we key in Po No,is there any standard report available,based on this criteria.I believe if we maintain Po number as Assignment Number/Reference number in copy control.

Individual & Collective Billing Form

BOLL tax stamp in billing document - credit memo

Hello,

I have a problem with BOLL on credit memo.

BOLL is the italian tax stamp which must be indicated on any billing doc, whose fixed cost is to be paid by the recipient (customer). Actually the cost is 2€ in case of amount >= 77,47€.

So, if net value is 100€:

  • invoice: BOLL +2€. To be paid: 102€
  • invoice reversal: BOLL +2€. To be paid: -102€
  • debit memo: BOLL +2€. To be paid: 102€
  • credit memo: BOLL -2€. To be paid: -98€

No BOLL on proforma.

 

I set up the same pricing schema for every billing doc type, where BOLL is a scale condition type with a custom prestep depending on MWST amount and VAT codes (according to OSS note 715399).

On invoice, reversal and debit memo, I obtain a correct answer from the system: it works.

In case of credit memo, I thought to work with alternative condition routine where to change the BOLL +/- sign in order to have -2 on the total amount (which is positive but works as "togive" value).

Please help: how to develop the correct ABAP code in order to change the sign? Is it possible?
