Returns IC STO - DR/CR switched up in IG billing posting

Hello, I am a FICO consultant who was tasked to set up IC STO with billing on my current project, so this is all fairly new to me. I've been successful using standard settings except for one issue which I haven't been able to resolve (including SCN search). One of the requirements is to copy STO price into billing, and it works fine for forward logistics scenario. However, when I configure the same settings for the returns scenario, the billing document posts with DR/CR switched up, and I know that this is caused by negative net value copied from the PO but I don’t know how to switch the sign (tried many settings in copy control and also played with the copied condition).

For returns, I am using NB order type with Returns indicator set, delivery type NCR, item category NCRN, billing document IG, standard IC pricing procedure ICA001.

Header level of copy control from NCR to IG hasn’t been changed, it has copy requirements ‘014’ and Determ.export data ‘A’

Item level of copy control from NCR/NCRN to IG has standard copy requirements ‘018’ DlvReltdItemW/oOrdIB, Billing quantity ‘B’, Data VBRK/VBRP ‘000’, Pos./neg. quantity   ‘+’,                                                      Pricing type ‘B’ and Price source ‘A’ Purchase Order.

STO is using condition PB00 which is also inserted into the PP ICA001. So when PB00 is brought up into the billing document IG, it has negative net value (the same way it is in the PO), and then the billing accounting document is posted as a normal invoice, although this is supposed to be a credit memo. I haven’t been able to find a way to turn this net value into positive. I’ve tried to play with many settings in the copy control VTFL and in the condition PB00 (V/06). No matter what I do, it will always come in as negative. And as soon as I remove PO reference ‘A’, it behaves the way it should. Which doesn’t help as the requirement is to copy the STO price for both forward and returns processes. Thank you in advance!
