Invoice outputs

Hi ,

Can any one give me the hints on the below issue

I have two outputs one for EDI and second to print out.

For the print out output type we maintained as dispatch time as 3 , but still it is getting triggered and changing the dispatch time as 1 by RSNAST00 program.
