Wrong Final settlement amount shown for rebates

Hello,

I created and posted a billing document to accounting.

Then i created retroactive rebates. Created a manual accrual for 7 EUR. Sales volume showed 7 Eur as accrual.

Now I ran VBOF for the billing document and rebate accrual of 30 EUR got added to billing document. Sales volume is now 37 EUR.

Then I did a partial settlement for 20 EUR. Sales volume now showed 17 EUR as accruals.

When I did final settlement by clicking on final settlement button, system showed balance amount of 10 EUR. Why it showed 10 EUR ?. It should show 17 EUR as final settlement amount ?
