Need to add two layouts to one output type

Hi All,

  I have a scenario where i need to add two different layouts to one output type. This scenario is based on different payer.

1) Here i would like know that can I add smart-form to the existing output type which is already having a script-form.

2) Can driver program pick the script and smart forms based on the payer.

Any other solution?
